I have more than 16 years of experience in the construction industry. I have a solid foundation in construction education. I am skilled in project leadership. I am also experienced in sustainable infrastructure development. I hold a Master of Project Management in Construction and have a strong background in technical and vocational education. I founded Fagan Legacy Builds. As CEO, I lead the company with a vision. We aim to merge practical innovation with community-focused development. My leadership is driven by a commitment to quality craftsmanship, green construction practices, and the empowerment of local communities.
Errol Ranger
Director of Projects & Commercial Services
He brings over a decade of experience in project management, quantity surveying, contract administration, and stakeholder engagement. He oversees the full project lifecycle—from estimation and tendering to execution and delivery—ensuring cost control, schedule adherence, and regulatory compliance.
David Blake
Director of Technical Operations
He has over 15 years of experience in electrical systems, vocational training, and field operations. He ensures that our teams are technically sound. They are also future-ready. His role bridges the gap between site operations and skilled trade development—delivering high-quality workmanship across all construction disciplines.

Executive Secretary
This role combines high-level administrative leadership with strategic oversight of company governance. As Executive Secretary & Director of Corporate Affairs, and a 30% shareholder, the role requires significant responsibility. The Executive Secretary not only supports daily operations and executive coordination but also participates in board-level decision-making and long-term planning. Dr. P. Vijay Daniel
Director of Renewable Technologies & Innovation
He holds a Ph.D. in Renewable Energy. He brings expertise in solar energy, embedded systems, automation, AI, and IoT. This knowledge makes him ideally suited to lead the company’s technological advancement in green building systems. He is also suited for energy-efficient designs and smart infrastructure. His hands-on experience with solar PV installation (OSHA-10 certified and NABCEP-trained) complements his strong academic and research qualifications.
